I've never done a Pilates class, but I've done some of the YouTube workouts and honestly it was a lot more work than I thought it would be! I still do them occasionally

We rode one of the guys at work to get his knee replaced because he could barely walk. He just came back today eight weeks later and said he should've done it ten years ago lol
That is very fair haha, I always make sure to stretch everything properly before and after- if I don't, my knee will be like lol yeah no we ain't doing this.
