I do not mind bigger horses, I am a bigger rider That being said, the draft cross at our barn is an ass, and definitely disproves the gentle giant big horse theory. I love Raven, and she is safe, but only on days that she is not in heat, or not pissed off.
lmao I will never understand the obsession with big horses. I'd rather something smaller that takes up my leg than some oversized monster. It's harder to keep them sound too
Once when I was looking for a new lesson place I went to a barn where they put me on a 17.2 gelding, and I realized that I do, indeed, have a limit on how tall of a horse I will ride. It is much under 17.2

@Trigger, that's fair. When I was horse shopping I remember how hard it was traveling though since most of the horses I was interested in were out of state. So travel was an additional cost.
We have been to a few horse trials but none have stroked my fancy, they were priced between 5k-10k. I am just being very picky. Once I buy that horse is stuck with me forever, so wanna make sure all the boxes, or at least most of the boxes, are checked
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
