| I didn't realize acid could cause fibromyalga flair up I just have a good heap of allergies, the low acid gut & am recovering from a past chronic mold exposure |

| So I used to be more sensitive but I found out I have low accid gut Which ironically caused acid reflux So I started eating high acid food Like putting lemon in my fried potatoes or have a glass of cranberry with my dinner etc Helped a ton |

| When I worked at a couple of fast food restaurants I don't think they ever changed out the oil in their fryers |

| So far the only oil that doesn't trigger my acid reflux condition is olive oil |

| I can eat alot of the fried stuff IF its fried in an oil im not allergic to I unfortunately have a list of them My favorite fry oil is corn mixed with butter However if im dehydrated or having flu/my liver is under stress somtimes alot of oil makes me ill |
