All that matters is someone needs to get out there and help direct traffic before an accident happens. I almost witnessed 3, one being me, when I came upon it.
Most roadside emergency kits come with triangles/cones and most companies will keep cones in fleet vehicles. It sounds like the car may have broken down there and the driver set the cones out like they're supposed to (albeit poorly lol)
@Glacier, I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but they put cones around their car. Not wide enough to direct people or let them know that the vehicle is stopped until you are right on top of it though.
Same Hummer - I saw a car the other day that couldn't keep to their lane and was driving eratically so instead of just complaining to myself as I would've done before working in a hospital, I reported it. The police later informed me that the driver was 3x the limit and arrested for drink and drug driving 🤷♀️

I almost got in an accident because there was no one there to direct traffic and what idiot just decides to park their car in the middle of intersection.

Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
