Most roadside emergency kits come with triangles/cones and most companies will keep cones in fleet vehicles. It sounds like the car may have broken down there and the driver set the cones out like they're supposed to (albeit poorly lol)
@Glacier, I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but they put cones around their car. Not wide enough to direct people or let them know that the vehicle is stopped until you are right on top of it though.
Same Hummer - I saw a car the other day that couldn't keep to their lane and was driving eratically so instead of just complaining to myself as I would've done before working in a hospital, I reported it. The police later informed me that the driver was 3x the limit and arrested for drink and drug driving 🤷♀️
You know, working in the medical field has made me decide I am not going to tolerate any crap that could possibly make me end up in an accident. Which is why I called 911 on a stupid service vehicle that was parked in the middle of a busy intersection while on my way home. I almost got in an accident because there was no one there to direct traffic and what idiot just decides to park their car in the middle of intersection.

Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
