as it stands modern KNN breeding does allow outcrossing to things like TBs/"WBs", they just go through certifications I believe to be eligible for the KNN book.
I was told to put a suggestion in the forums about updating KNN breed standards to match the modern ones by Eve. So I would go check it out if you haven't ^^
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

You can hire a rider. They will be automatically assigned to your horse. Be sure to visit the Rider's Lounge and pay them.
Set Breeding Requirements for your horse. Enter the minimum rating allowable for breeding. When breeding, Any combo of the entered values and higher will be accepted. Leave blank to set to None.
Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
Your horse has shown 3 times this week.
Enter Regular Shows again next week.
