just win 1st in a horse show, no specifics! checking my sow reports I should have gotten some... but if yours worked then maybe I am remembering wrong and didn't accept the quest until after shows ran.
I caught my WWW boy with a Sherpa so I will never disregard those. I like crafting them as I don't really use the items for anything else - I also get planty of them from my explorers.
I don't like crafting pirate maps for example - because I think the colour tokens are worth more to me as I have never caught anything smart with a pirate map and the colour tokens have given me at least a couple of mares for my bravery program.
I don't mind doing fetch quests and you can still skip only 3 a day so I will always try to do the easier ones no matter the payout so I can reserve my skips for the really annoying ones
I know they are supposed to be a money sink but the old system still didn't pay exactly the same amount for catch 25 vs 50. It's one of the reasons why I always skip gelding quests over 25 because the payout is not worth it for me and I don't use geldings so they are worthless to me.
Yeah I agree that as the capture quests get more expensive/elaborate the payout should increase too. Otherwise nobody will bother. For capture 400 there was a payout of over 100k - which isn't much compared to the investment, but if you have been working slowly towards that goal over months maybe then 100k in one setting is still pretty decent. Not to mention the 'capture a P horse with a pattern'
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
