I just started, you in fact do NOT need a showing guide from the dyslexic, ADHD ridden foggles, LOL. I am just a quick learner and very, incredibly observant.
I have noticed that too. I have quite a few show mares and they keep up with the gelds well. But im a weirdo and took kind of 4 *different* tactics to showing, and combined them into one, and it has worked out incredibly well.
