That sounds like ours, I can't guarantee it's the same but that's just the experiences we've had with ours :3 also Fancy is a super cute name, I used to have a paint named Fancy top 🥰
I feel like I saw a Instagram post about how horses can accidentally eat a fungus on clover that makes them drool. It is harmless though. Not saying that is what has happened though.
That may be it then, i can't say though as I don't know the individual horse but that has happened with ours with clover in the past :) I hope you get to the bottom of it though!

My thoughts too, never seen a horse dripping motuh foam. Was worried it was contagous then remebered one of mine has allergys and it explained the coughing. Ill see if I can take her to my vax apt in two weeks
