And finding different ways to help you out (I DONT get things done unless I have a list and an agenda I update daily and keep on the counter where I can see it every single day, I put my vitamins in the way so I have to take them or else I'll trip over them, all sorts of workarounds to make life easier)

I don't take medications either. I tried some as a child, but they made me like a zombie with no emotions. Over the years I just learned to live around my symptoms and ignore others. But this new sleeping issue is a bit annoying
It was life changing for me. Got all the way to my 30s and still am not taking any meds for it, but at least I understand myself so much better now and I don't beat on myself as hard
