This is a small, privately owned complex, so I have better communication with the decision makers than renters in big, corporate owned/managed complexes. I'll argue that a solid, permanent catio can add value to the property. If that doesn't work, I'll ask about a temporary structure. I mean, I miss 100% of the shots I don't take, right?

Super happy with it. Had to glue all the joints which was a pain the butt, however it is now super sturdy. I just need to add platforms, the netting, and make the door.
