I feel that, but if you don't let it heal, you'll never reach 100% and will definitely fall behind. Any coach that is worth anything is not going to want you to run on an injury.

Also seconding Pragma on the exercises. There's a lot of physical therapy type exercises you can do to help strengthen it

The popping is not great..definitely rest it and let it heal. And consider doing strengthening on it to help maintain when it is better. Especially with the popping.

I rolled it on Friday and felt something pop when I did, and that was at mile 1/3 on my race so I pushed the last 2 miles, have been ice/heat treating it and I taped it, and it still hurts and it like clicks/pops when I walk. So I think it's just a medium injured roll of the ankle, or a super light sprain
