Dark Get a new optomitrist. I am almost considered legally blind and I wear contacts. One guy said I couldn't and another guy said I could as long as I was careful with giving my eyes a break and paying attention for flareups. It's been 3 years and I've had zero problems with biweekly ones. Minus and ulcer but that was my fault because the lens tore in my eye
So I don't know what my prescription was when they gave me reading glasses was but I know it was above a +1 I think I have a -2 or more currently Why did I go from far sighted to near sighted? I have 2 siblings who got glasses at 12 & 15 respectively & 1 siblings who has not needed anything ever
You could get contacts, but very few brands carry that high, and it wouldnÂ’t correct your vision anywhere near as well as glasses. I think the highest we do in contacts is -8
@Dimmed, I would clean them and never wore them overnight. I even had daily ones so I would get a new contact each time I wore it and it just didn't work.
Astigmatism is where your cornea isn’t round, but more football shaped. It’s written as a “cyl” or cylinder power on your RX if you have it. It’s pretty common in small amounts. It basically affects the sharpness of your vision, so people with high astigmatism powers might see multiple outlines of objects
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
