I was just using breeds as an example that don't come in appy since that usually finishes the 'capture a patterned horse' for me so I wonder if the chances to get a tobi there are slimmer because of the added appy - though I did finish the last tobi capture quest with a PON girl
Darklove you can't capture tobiano TBs. (or AAs or KNNs), so if you need to catch a tobi you better try with WB or RID (I think X is still possible too?)
There was like 2 days where my skip buttons were broken due to my palette. Those sucked.
I think it would be cool if, similar to how we get three skips a day, our account could have a setting for 'blacklisted' quests, up to three, which will just never show up. Make them changeable but maybe quest per month, so you're not locked out if things changed and you like/become able to do them.

The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
