I had a coworker who said that sucking on sour gummies helped her and some other people recommended caffeine or ice and I think I've heard of peppermint oil too like rose suggested. Personally these don't really work for my headaches but each person is different so it's worth a try? Also I've found that different types of headaches respond to different things for me personally
Ally: Peppermint oil on the forehead or temples and an ice pack on the back of the neck are two home remedies that help me. My friend gets Botox Injections for her migraines. I hope you find something that helps.
Yeah, it can take awhile because high demand but it's probably worth it if you're still getting them, could help with managing future episodes. Are they more like headaches or migraines? One time that I had a really bad migraine that didn't respond to meds and stayed for a week or so I was sent to urgent care for an infusion. Migraines really suck Ally :( I hope you feel better soon
Ally can you ask for a referral for a neurologist? That way you get someone who specializes in them. I don't know if you have any nearby but it's worth a shot
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
