I have a phone reminder and I keep all of my pills on my desk so I wake up and immediately take them. Now that I'm in a routine though I'm good.. I love routines. I think that's why it pains me so much when I ask my boyfriend for specific times to do things and he says "we'll see" T-T

And finding different ways to help you out (I DONT get things done unless I have a list and an agenda I update daily and keep on the counter where I can see it every single day, I put my vitamins in the way so I have to take them or else I'll trip over them, all sorts of workarounds to make life easier)

I don't take medications either. I tried some as a child, but they made me like a zombie with no emotions. Over the years I just learned to live around my symptoms and ignore others. But this new sleeping issue is a bit annoying
