Hey don't give up too fast. you can still work with the frame you have and make it stronger. Growing up my dad used to build with PVC all the time and I used his scrapes and learned some tricks
How are you attaching it? If it's with zip ties, I'd drape it over the whole structure and the start securing it from the top down. If you can stretch it across the top reletively tight, it gives a little bit of added support because it becomes essentially a bag for a cage
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
