I still have the opprotunity go get sent back there and I'd rather spend 2300 on mortgage and HOA a month with 7k in taxes (included in mortgage) per year then have to now pay the 3k+ to live in a similarly sized and location apartment in rent

Bio, san diego really isnt that terrible. I honestly found it to be more cold than hot but when the heat waves do come theyre miserable. The food is fantastic, the only thing they dont have is good BBQ. Super diverse community and close to a bunch of really neat places
Theyre shitty cheap windows that dont last. Theyre roughly 25 years old and need replacing. California laws are insane for property owners, and it sounds like a much bigger problem than it is. I just dont live down there and its hard to coordinate repairs when you work 70 hours a week
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
