I absolutely love swimming, especially in lakes. I am a pretty strong swimmer. Spent like 45 minutes just floating in a lake treading water last year when I visited Idaho. I was just having fun being in the water. XD
When I hear the tornado sirens I go out on my back porch. I cannot help it- I do not know why I do it, but everyone in my neighborhood does it as well, we wave at each other even.
@Glacier that is terrible. I made so many rescues just like what you are describing. People panic as soon as they realize they canÂ’t tough the bottom and then it starts to go downhill from there
When I surfaced, I was panicking and I thought I was going to drown. Not one person checked on me to see if I was okay or to help me to the edge of the pool
I am watching a show about tornadoes and this women was told to move away from the window, but she said no she wants a video. Guess what happened? Glass shattered as the tornado blew over. She's crying recounting it. Maybe next time don't be an idiot. 🙄
I am shocked at how little it hurts, but it does really get bad when I do try to bend it. @Glacier I was a water park lifeguard for years and so many people mistake the depth of the clear pools.
