@Glacier, peppermint tea is probably better. I would say chamomile is more for relaxation. |

I also can't imagine drinking apple cider vinegar is good either considering it is acidic. |

Green tea and ginger/lemon tea as well, apple cider vinegar shots in the morning helped my partners acid reflux ! |

What kinda oil Lily? Sometimes certain oils can impact IBS as well! My friend was more vulnerable to canola than regular olive or avocado |
