@Trigger, sounds a lot my current job. Getting yelled at by patients, inadequate patient to staff care ratios, coworkers just deciding not to their job, and management telling me they are aware of the issues, but donÂ’t want to handle them.
Oh trust me. It's just sad that a place I worked at over 7-8 years ago, has never had one nice thing said about it. From former employees and customers.

Worst job I ever had, I didn't want to do two weeks. But I did. Even though they treated me bad, I still looked and felt good in the end for finishing it.
Hummer, if your new job asks why you didn't give 2 weeks, tell them that they didn't give adequate patient care and you just couldn't take it. Shows tha you care
I think I am not going to give them my two weeks notice. I have tried to make this job work and was basically told that they canÂ’t accommodate me and that my coworkers donÂ’t have to do their job if they donÂ’t want to.
But trust me, that road of redemption took forever man. And I ended up driving 35 minutes one way to work until I got on with my current school. And I am not a lazy worker, quite the opposite. I do my job and offer to help everyone else with theirs. I am reliable, hardly ever call in. It was that no two week notice that got me down for a bit.

Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
