My ankle probably wouldn't be as bad if my PT hadn't got cut short from Covid shutdowns but at this point it'll probably be enough to just work on it with the stretches I did before
My "yes" gets affected by it lol. Though, I've been doing ankle exercises each day and that's actually helping with the pain. I'm not being woken up at night by them bothering me

If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
