| That's good. The FODMAP diet is very specific and hard to follow honestly. I mostly just avoid gluten and excessive sugar, although last time I hate fried chicken it made me sick so I might need to hold off on fried foods. |

| @Glacier, that is the most recommended diet for IBS to figure out food sensitivities. Didn't work for me, but might for you. |
