I feel like this might seem like a stupid question, but can a 17 year old horse still breed? Ive got a mare thats 16 and had her foal this year and bought her thinking i could breed next year, but now doubting myself

Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
