Eve stated in the news that palettes are not compatible with the new coding required for mobile. The game's coding had to change to allow the mobile updates. Which messes up with the current palettes, had they not been disabled those pages would be wonky due to change of coding
I would think Eve would have a long-term plan for palettes, it just won't be immediate. She'll need to figure out what new styles are staying/going and then hopefully we'd be able to customize again.
I recommend fully reading the news page. Eve has only just started the process of making pages mobile friendly. Eventually they will all be mobile friendly and the palettes will not be compatible on all pages
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
