I went through self-defense in Taekwondo, before I moved. I was taught a foot sweep- from when they're behind and in front of me. Tiny but mighty, right? That and the shins... And wrists. Taekwondo just knows a lot of pressure points.
If you hit someone hard enough above the heart it stops it and if you smash your wrist into someone nose it can cause them to die due to the force from shattering of the nasal bones and everything
Witchy EYES I always tell everyone if someone is attacking you do everything in your power to go for the eyes >.> no one is going to keeo attacking you if you are shoving your thumbs in their eye sockets xD
Also told me if someone sneaks up behind you and tries to kidnap you just elbow them in the diaphragm as hard as you cant because itÂ’ll rupture it and break ribs and the way the ribs would break will puncture a lung more than likely :)

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
