@witchy Then add in genetic factors. O.o For example I have a simbling that needs to eat more protein and such to keep in good health. Like snacks are mini meals. I don't need to eat that much protein... And don't like steak much, but she does. lol |

I eat mostly healthy foods and I still deal with medication issues |

When a person hits 35-40, their nutritional needs change. If those needs aren't met, the body goes to shit faster. |
