Yeah it did SW! I managed to save 1mil on my SA which I started from complete scratch in like 6 months using it

Oh yeah I liked that one too Fern, I think it showed how much a new stable can earn which was pretty cool

No problem Wolf
And I get it, it can be intimidating, but once you start doing it, you pick it up quick (in my experience).
I just kept two tabs open, one with the guide and the other as I was showing them (I only hand show since I'm a free account right now). It's really worth learning it though, the payoff is great. I'm showing so much better and consistently (now that I know what I'm doing)

Wolf, another really helpful guide is this one:
-HEE Click-

It doesn't go through the exact specifics of how to show but it gives you a really good starting point on what horses to get to start off with to actually get your head around showing, as I found starting off with random geldings awful lol. I was so confused by it all before I found this and followed it on an SA.

Ok! Thanks guys! I keep trying to get into showing but then it comes to actually entering and I get scared off xD

Yes, I second Eury's show guides! They helped me, too!

Wolf I would strategize how you enter horses so that you're not wasting a bunch of ebs. I learned how to show well from guides in the forums. I read a few, but particularly Eury's. The visuals were really helpful

I use the barn manager for my gelding army. She helps squeeze a profit out of them each week while I focus on other things.

I show all of my Futurity and Federation horses on my own, though, because I like to see where they place and watch their points accumulate.

Yes Wolf. If they place lower, train for 1-4 more weeks before they are ready to get you money again
Shadow Woods
12:37:33 Shadow/ SW
The regular font color is reddish, at least on my screen, so that's what I meant. Basically if it's not lit green then they didn't place well. Only is helpful though if you just showed them though, since it doesn't automatically turn green again a few weeks later when they're ready to show again

Interesting. So I should work on hiring more advanced riders and entering horses into shows to see who if any place 1-7, and those who do keep showing but those who don't wait?

As a premium account, you can also use barn manager to show your horses that are in the green. I have her show each horse in each discipline once a week (I have her set to show in the green only), and then later in the week show horses who have extra show days left.
For example, horse A is set to show in jumping Monday, dressage Tuesday, and XC Wednesday. They are only in the green for XC for the week and only show Wednesday, which means there are two shows left for this horse in the week.
On Thursday and Friday, I will go and show horse A in XC again, since it was green when the BM did her testing for me

I have never seen red on my showing page. They are either green or regular font colour

12:32:58 Sav
In order to determine if horses are in the green, or able to make money, you will need to either show them (if they are placing 1-7, keep showing them), or, once you get a grasp, their training (certain # of bars will indicate if a horse is about to level up or not)

Wolf if you're on the main barn page then it's the riders need reassigning.
If you toggle it to view: showing and you entered horses in shows and the results show in red, then they're not ready to show/ not in the money

It sounds like you mean the main page, so I assume you need to reassign riders
~Savy~
12:29:42 Sav
You need to assign your horses to riders at their training level. The horses have leveled up, they have outgrown their riders level

If I view my barns to view all horses, the numbers are red?

My bad, the tequila is getting me apparently
~Savy~
12:27:56 Sav
Do you mean horses in the red as in losing money or as in they are training at a higher level than their rider, shadow
