Yeah, from my moms and my own research... my mom probably was prone to the auto-immune thing, but didn't start until triggered environmentally.

For example I have a simbling that needs to eat more protein and such to keep in good health. Like snacks are mini meals. I don't need to eat that much protein... And don't like steak much, but she does. lol
