Honestly? The faces, there adorable. I'm not a active person myself and appreciate a pet thats cool with lounging around and not required multiple daily walks. And not trigger my epilepsy with stress.
@Revel Ooh that interesting, they are primarily nocturnal from what I seen. How often depends on personality if husbandry is right. My girls are always out climbing their hammock but zazi is a hermit and mostly in his hide, but comes out if he's feeling curious about the ladies or its around feeding day
But I've heard of it being case to case. Thats why I recommend (reputable) breeders since they know about the snakes more personally. Brought zazi to college with me out of all my snakes because hes not as active and thus noisy lol
@Green, thanks for the info! I do want a snake eventually and I am trying to decide between a ball and corn. Leaning towards the corn though because their heat and humidity parameters seem easier than balls and it sounds like they are more active in their enclosure.

@Green, whew that's good to know (not that I am getting one anytime soon). Do you ever see them roaming their enclosure? Namely at night when they wake up?
@Revel No? Never had any of mine need anything bigger then a extra large adult rat. My male is currently being fed jumbo mice every 7 days until he hits over 500 grams
