That is so valid lmao. I bought my little 15.3ish mare a year ago and she's filled out a LOT so I look way smaller on her now than I did before, but she's only grown maybe an inch or two bigger since then
puck I rode a horse who was about 16.2hh, he bucked once or twice and barely got his back feet off the ground, it was more like he was heel clicking lmao
I do not mind bigger horses, I am a bigger rider That being said, the draft cross at our barn is an ass, and definitely disproves the gentle giant big horse theory. I love Raven, and she is safe, but only on days that she is not in heat, or not pissed off.
lmao I will never understand the obsession with big horses. I'd rather something smaller that takes up my leg than some oversized monster. It's harder to keep them sound too

Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
