I do it. I am well hated by some people by doing it. I ask questions- and if the answer is not humane I start documenting and reporting. Documentation for abuse is so important. Not just writing it down- pictures, videos etc. I got a whole barn here shut down here due to abusive practices lol.
If you want to get into the harm aspect of racing, shall we talk about certain working dogs sports where they work themselves to death to make owners happy? Horses are like dogs, they work until asked to stop, they want to make you happy, so they will kill themselves while being in a happy state.
