Athena, look for a low cost spay-neuter clinic in your area. I work at one and itÂ’s $100 to spay or neuter a cat. You can also see if thereÂ’s financial assistance if needed for lower cost.
Everyone else is either scared to death of them or is afraid of diseases. And I won't lie I know she could very well be sick and have fleas but that doesn't mean I can't touch her and hold her and love her if I'm careful until its taken care of
