I feel like AI or even (heavily) AI-assisted has a certain "feel" to it. Not like using PS tools to cut out, blend, etc, but when something is computer generated a lot of the time it's... Subtly obvious? Hard to explain but it's almost like it's too perfect in places and imperfect in others for it to be made by an actual artist
I have a hard time believing any new artist isn't using AI anymore without WIP work shown. I stick to my old artists or I don't buy art at all anymore.
