| Oh yes! Im down 38lbs so far! Im very proud of myself. Thank you for the encouragement *hugs* @Gems Oh yes I have seen little progress and then huge progress! I have been on my diet since November although I didnt take it seriously until January. The biggest downfall is not being able to exercise as much as I would like since we live in the middle of nowhere lol @Ven |

| @ally Ah, I see. Building up vs slapping it all at once. And having a good weight helps a lot of things. :) And if you're close each month, you're still doing good! *hugs* |

| Even teeny tiny changes will have results over time. Just do it gradually and everything will become second nature :) |

| I was very shocked at the number on the scale though. I have been slacking a bit on my journey (monthly lol) and Im down another 2lbs |

| My doctor said if I work myself up to the dose she wants me at I shouldn't have as many side affects as going all in. One is weight loss which Im okay with because Im on a weight loss journey and it would help lol @Gem |
