It's a "lily" but grows from a root rather than a bulb. Very pretty flowers that can be anywhere from 2 feet to 8+ feet tall depending on the type (Dwarf vs giant) with long, wide leaves. They're fantastic if you like attracting pollinators and hummingbirds
