Eps I'd say you could try with no items if you want but if you really want a medallion or int/mov glass wouldn't hurt. The mare isn't showing weakness in mov/int but her sire did.
While my thoughts do slow me down sometimes, because quite frankly my brain cells are tossing random ass irrelevant info at me instead of what I need to be doing, that can really slow a person down lol I am also very schedule oriented, if something is just slightly off, it ruins the whole day.
Have you been through testing for anything? I have ADHD. It is more than just thoughts running through my head. It is the constant need to move, it is the inability to sleep because my body just does not want to slow down. I literally have to sedate myself, and sometimes use a Compression vest or Weighted Blanket to finally get my body to stop. I work two jobs and both are physically demanding and I still feel like working out and doing active stuff when I get home lol
