Mav I'm not biting the coin lol I use the coin to keep my hands busy so I don't bite my nails, last night I was watching videos on how to break the habit and I saw a nail polish that tastes bad when you put your nail in your mouth I just don't know where to get it

i bite my nails too. theres a nail polish i used that actually stopped me from doing it. i dont recommend biting a coin as they can break teeth and brackets (if you have braces). keep a snack near by or chew gum! or if youre like me and dont like gum, find maybe an (unused) eraser or wear a hoodie/jacket and bite the sleeve! believe it or not, i MUCH prefer the sleeve lmao.
But whenever I try to study I get stressed that I will fail and start biting my nails so now I usually keep a coin with me to prevent me from biting my nails while trying to study
