I am so glad you had a great time Puck.. I actually had come across Riptide and his band in 2017(ish) and they were down by the visitors center and he was like 10 feet away from me and stunning!
There was a 9 year old girl with her parents and she was trying to feed him grass.. and I fussed and told them not to do that because they are wild and she could get hurt.

Oh my god Gibbs it was amazing!! Riptide was absolutely stunning and my sister and I absolutely fell in love with a few of the foals 🥺🥺 definitely coming back in 2026 with a trailer. We got super lucky with a boat rental right on the edge of the water so we were so close to the swim it was so fun
