Can relate to pets with food issues. Pup has issues with gluten, which is used as a thickener in a lot of different canned cat foods. She also has issues with dairy which is also in some canned cat foods, for some reason
My dog used to be so itchy all the time and he was so greasy and stinky. He was also a very inactive dog. He never wanted to play or anything, but that has all gone away since switching him to raw
Yeahhh big dogs are alot more expensive lol. He is only a beagle so he gets 8 oz total every day (that is with all the meat, organs, and extra add ins included)
Ooo yeah my dog is allergic to pretty much all meat except fish and duck (tentatively lol) so getting dog food is like buying bags of crushed diamonds for him :')
Myth He would get really bad hotspots and be itchy all the time. He would scratch himself to bleeding sometimes. When I added turkey to his raw diet to try he started being itchy again when the whole time I have had him on the raw diet he never scratches. I immediately stopped adding turkey and he is fine again
Mine just get the Purina Pro Plan, and they thrive on it. The results from my last food to this has been amazing! More energy, less watery poops, and for Jupiter less itching
