I had a job through pre-k department to begin with. I just picked up waiver hours here and there, since they are around the clock. This client was so kind, though. They stopped scheduling me waiver hours once I turned in my notice, but I am still with pre-k
They would not compromise with me. Kept saying it was a privilege to work for that department. Like first off, all my certs are pre-k I do not have anything other than the basic waiver certs. And second, I did it as a favor to my boss lol.
That is kinda why I stopped doing waiver services through my workplace. They kept me giving me a heavy lift client I could not handle before my accident, much less after my accident. I gave that department a two week notice and they just did not schedule me anymore. I loved doing it I just cannot do a heavy lift client.
@WRS, she said I have to take my turn in there. I think working there twice a week and working in the assisted living side the other two days counts as taking my share.
I texted my boss and told her I can only handle working in the memory care unit twice a week and she told me that is not going to work, so depending on how this week goes I might be quitting without notice.

Ivan is a very talented stallion, because of his past owners he is very green. Here at Velvet Moon we hope we can unravel his powerhouse attitude and use it for good things.
