I don't know if this current WIP would be classified as a Kelpie.. do Kelpie's have to have pond grass hanging off them? i feel like every art piece i've seen of them they do..
question - if your foal turns 3 while wearing a foal halter, what happens to the halter? does it stay on the image, go back to your inventory, or does it break?

Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
