Grape, I used to be really messy like that. What helped me tackle it is I moved the clutter until I could see a small clear area of the room and broke things in the room down into piles, brought one pile at a time to deal with (over to the clean area) and went through and decided to get rid of or sort into where it needed to go. It made me feel less overwhelmed and more motivated, like I could actually get things done. It made it so that my brain visually saw progress being done and I felt more relieved. But breaking things down into smaller, more manageable tasks really helps.
Bloody hell that's depressing! I use a "gateway chore" like dishes and then have a crazy manic chore day. I also find that doing lots of laundry makes me more productive as I know I've got a set amount of time while the machine is running to do a task
Great idea Lucky. Definitely not healthy but I could see it working for some. just remember that paperweights are useful and if the thing that everyone compares to uselessness is actually useful, so are you;)
have you tried negative self talk that works great for me i just have to tell myself I've disappointed my entire bloodline and im a complete waste of space a few times and i feel a lot more motivated

Not really? I never fully moved in, I have a desk that's a pileit station, the floor is a pileit station, closet it a shoveit station, and my shelves are, for the most part, organized. But I can try to break it down to individual items I guess. Start with trash and go to laundry, then sorting through what's left. I don't own that much it's all just cluttered.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.

Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
