I have neighbors here that like to set off fireworks after 10 pm the officer around the corner from them told them not to do that. Even with their dog kenneled outside 24/7 they still do it

Any suggestions for a neighbor problem? They aren't the best folks to start. Have been tolerateable until... like over a week ago. Their music is too loud. And off and on all day. From at least 10am to 9pm.
