I do vegetables + meat. It is all about balance. I am a diabetic, so I cook lean meats and vegetables mostly. I try not to use pasta, rice, or bread/bread products Tonight I cooked a meatloaf, on the side I whipped up some canned green beans and carrots. Was tasty 10/10
We do lean ground beef with cumin, chili powder, onion powder and cayenne. We do a mix of half cauliflower rice and half Spanish rice then chop tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeños, greek yogurt as a sour cream substitute and hot sauce on top ^^
Last week it was my Grandpa's birthday and he had ice cream cake. I legit picked out the ice cream and left the cake. XD I have never been a fan of mixing the two.

Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
