I am old, heat gets to me in a way where it did not as a younger person. Just have to adjust how I attack the day when it is hot. Sadly what I do does not allow me to avoid heat.

Buckeye Yes, thatÂ’s what I said? If you need meat for health issues or health management I understand, what I donÂ’t agree with is eating meat just for taste when you donÂ’t require it. IÂ’m not stopping anyone though. Like I said, itÂ’s an opinion. The only other thing I said is a healthy person does not *need* meat for a balanced diet, it is very possible with a purely vegetarian diet^^
