Myrth, in that case. Patience. Lots of it, and go slow. Possibly walk before the bath. Walk until they poop and/or pee. Let them smell everything. Put your face close to them and spray water on yourself so they see it's not going to hurt them. And as cheesy said positive reinforcement. Talk to them a lot too.
I personally would feed them some treats (seperately) in the bathroom (or whereever you're washing them) to get them comfortable. Then gradually put treats on top of the bath, in the bath, so they jump in. Take it slow.
When she struggled I made her stay & didn't resume washing till she had still She was smart enough to know her fussing made it take longer Also she was small enough to fit in a sink

If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
