What Buckeye says is true. And it is why that horse I posted below bites. He was taught it was ok, never really disciplined all throughout childhood and now we have a pushy arrogant crackhead on the ground. There has to be balance between being your horses friend and being your horses trainer.

My horses love me, they come when called, easy to catch and handle. But being *besties* can be misconstrued by many, and lead to horses with pushy and dangerous ground manners. They are still a large animal! That is where training and respect come in. Horses can love you and still realize you are a leader not an equal

If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
