It appears I am in quite the conundrum. My knee and leg hurts because I have tight hamstrings so I was told to stretch them out however my leg is so tight I can't even do the stretches that are supposed to heal me!

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
