Ahh good point Sam, I haven't been through the riders in some time actually. Although even when everyone has a rider at least equal to their level they don't seem to do a whole lot better. Thank you both very much for your help! Think I'll just keep trialing different changes and see what works and what doesn't.
Min that all sounds good. I really do not know about AD geldings so maybe try to find a player who is more versed in showing them :) but what youÂ’re doing sounds very profitable, so I have no clue. Sorry I cannot help more!
My entries are usually about 100-120k from BM, then another 100k ish on top from hand showing I think? BM has most of my higher level ones so I'm usually hand showing up to about level 5. AD could be the problem, although I go back through and easy show enter all the BM ones that haven't done all 3 shows, and when I'm hand showing they only do the discipline they're ready for rather than all 3 every week so theoretically it should work the same? I'm toying with the idea of changing my gelding situation out though and only doing SD with them to make life easier, then having just my AD breeders with BM and topping them up with easy show enter after their managed days
But I just looked at your account and it looks like you are doing AD showing. I do not know anything about that, as I only show SD, but could that be the issue (with AD showing)?
Min I show about 200 horses and make a profit of 70-90k per night with a mixture of BM and hand shown horses, but I have no clue why your profits are not as good.
What's the best way to boost show profit? I use BM and then manually enter anything else that's ready (ends up being about 250-300 horses on a good day) but still only ever make about 50-80k profit, which is the same as if I just use BM.
I think at most I used to make 100k per showing lot but now I make big fat zeros because I'm not active enough and I need to rebuild my gelding army x.x
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
